The Standard NIL Collective
(2023-24)
In the winter of 2023, I was given the opportunity to do a bit of work with the Standard NIL Collective, an NIL collective for underserved athletes. I created various graphics for the company's athletes, including stat graphics, commitment graphics, signing day graphics, and more.
I worked in a very time sensitive environment while handling multiple projects at once as the their only designer at the time. This experience helped me take a big leap in my project management, ability to match brand standards effectively in my work, and my professional communication skills.

A collection of some of my favorite graphics from my time with the collective. These designs were typically turned around in less than a day, and often went through multiple revisions to ensure that athlete's were satisfied.
These graphics helped me become comfortable designing in time-sensitive situations while maintaining my quality of work. Apart from the design skills I improved upon, I grew enormously as a communicator.
